When your project deadline is a month away

Ever notice how the more urgent your project timeline gets, the more stakeholders seem to come out of the woodwork? I swear, a month before our deadline, I had more meetings than I had coffee breaks… It’s like they save all their questions for crunch time — my favorite! Anyone else feel like they need a laugh track just to get through it?
