We killed the RF→integration ‘stage gate’ misses on a 32-site SA swap by making Sitetracker the SSOT: Atoll exports and TEMS/OneAdvisor results auto-update a single Site Readiness field, and integration only pulls green. , MS Project + Jira kept drifting because no one updates both fast enough. If you don’t want Sitetracker, we did a lighter Jira-issue-per-site with a Confluence status macro fed by Power Automate — same gate; want the flow?
Like @ashields45, we used ServiceNow as SSOT; Unito syncs Jira/MS; ‘ready_to_integrate’ flips after TEMS/OneAdvisor pass; licenses aren’t cheap.
