Staying Safe at Heights

I just wrapped up a day on the tower and it really hit me how crucial our safety checks are. Double-checking gear and doing thorough inspections before climbing is a game changer — today we found a faulty harness that could have been a disaster up there! Anyone else have a close call or tips on keeping safety a top priority while working aerials?

I totally get that! I’ve had a couple of close calls myself. One thing I’ve started doing is using a buddy system for inspections — having someone else check your gear not only catches mistakes but also reinforces that safety mindset.
