BDC validation that survives challenges

What’s working to QA Broadband Data Collection submissions before the FCC challenge window opens? I’m testing a QGIS 3.34 + PostGIS workflow against CostQuest Fabric (current release) and census-block edge checks to catch address-to-location mismatches, because minor overstatements can trigger expensive rebuttals and complicate BEAD eligibility decisions in the 2025 filing cycle. If you’ve got tooling that reliably flags overstated served polygons or CBRS boundary quirks without blowing the budget, I’m all ears from a compliance perspective.

I use ST_DWithin: flag Fabric points within 15m of block edges; catches ‘census-block edge’ misses. You also DPV USPS?
