CCNP Enterprise was worth it for me, but pairing it with small GitHub/EVE-NG labs and Cisco DevNet Associate (https://developer.cisco.com/certification/devnet/) is what got interviews — ‘certs are the gym membership; labs are the workouts.’ Concrete step: pull 5 target job postings, highlight the common skills, then pick the cert that covers about 70%; what stack are you on — Cisco, Juniper, or mixed?
